This course covers all the technical aspects of real estate - math, law, and theory. After successful completion of this course you will be instructed to take the State Licensing Examination. Your exam is administered at a PSI Testing Center or Promissor Test Center. Click here for a list of PSI Testing Centers. Upon passing the state exam, you have one year to affiliate with a real estate brokerage firm (such as O'Brien Realty) to activate your license.
